Our most recent initiative within the Stephen M. Ross Campus is the Athletics South Competition and Performance Project, established at a cost of $168M. This facility will serve the training and competition needs of nearly two-thirds of the total number of student-athletes on campus. The project will construct approximately 310,000 gross square feet of space and will be the future home of men’s and women’s track and field, men’s and women’s cross country, men’s and women’s lacrosse, women’s rowing and men’s and women’s soccer. The Athletics South Competition and Performance Project is expected to be completed in the Winter of 2018.
The Richard L. Postma Family Golf Course Clubhouse is a new 23,000 square foot clubhouse to better meet the University’s needs and will contain an upgraded pro shop, new grill area and patio and enhanced banquet facilities for use by the entire University community. Construction also includes adjustments to some of the golf course and surrounding areas. The Richard L. Postma Family Golf Course Clubhouse is to be completed by spring of 2017.
